Took Ellison out to Government Island on the new kayak. We had a blast.

Arms tired now.

short paddle (~.5 mi) yesterday late, camped overnight on McGuire Island (after being swarmed by mosquitos on Govt. Island I decided to paddle back to McGuire to see if i'd have better luck...still got eaten, but much less).

4 mile paddle this morning from campsite to a spot just next to the I-205 bridge, where I walked to the max stop at cascade station and then home now.

Showered and ready for the day to start.

Important lesson learned: dry bags only keep the stuff you actually put in them dry. T-Mobile here I come (phone died a horrible death after I got out and realized it was still in my pocket).
